NSCN (Niki) in Delhi to extend CF

A delegation of NSCN/GPRN (Niki) group left for Delhi on Monday to hold meeting with Government of India officials in connection with the extension of the cease-fire agreement.
It may be mentioned that the Centre had signed the ceasefire agreement with Niki’s group for a period of one year with effect from September 8, 2021 to September 7, 2022.
In this regard, the delegation will meet senior Home ministry officials and also Centre’s representative for Naga talks, AK Mishra in Delhi.
