State government has constituted the Complaint Committee for the State Level Committee for redressal of complaints relating to Sexual harassment of women employees of the State Government at their workplaces.
Further, the state government has also constituted the Nagaland Consumer Protection Council for the State of Nagaland. The objects of the State Council would be to render advice on the promotion and protection of Consumer Rights under the Act within the State.
