Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya has assured to extend full support to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in Nagaland.
After the meeting held on Friday, Dr. Mandaviya took to twitter and said that both he and Nagaland Health & Family Welfare minister, S. Pangnyu Phom held a fruitful meeting.
“Extensively discussed various pivotal issues related to the State’s health sector. Assured him of the Centre’s full support to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in Nagaland,” Mandaviya said.
Pangnyu also tweeted that he called on Dr. Mandaviya and appraised the concept of Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS). Pangnyu said he sought the support of Union minister for earmarking a dedicated technical team from the National Health Authority (NHA) for seamless rolling out of the scheme along with other issues.
