Phek Area Youth Front (PAYF) under the jurisdiction of Phek Area Public Organization (PAPO) has been formed.
PAYF said its objective was to protect and implement the resolution of PAPO, to check anti-PAPO activities within its jurisdiction, to implement any other relevant activities endorsed by PAPO, to honour and implement CPO directives in consultation with PAPO.
PAYF for the tenure 2017-19 would be led by president, Besiive Vese, general secretary Niikuzo Chiirha along with 12 others and 5 advisors.
