New executive body for the tenure 2017-20 was elected by Shri Digambar Jain Samaj, wherein total of 31 executive members out of 40 were elected through electoral process held on June 25 under Sanjay Kashliwal as election commissioner and Arun Sethi, Anil Sethi (HP) as its team members. Om Prakash Sethi and Prakash Ajmera were re-elected as the president and the secretary of the samaj. Om Prakash Sethi thanked all the people of Jain Samaj for showing faith in him and re-electing him as the president for the second consecutive term and also assured to work further for the betterment of society at large and Jain Samaj in particular.
