NEET/JEE: NSF on allocation of seats

With NEET and JEE mains results declared, the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has reiterated its stand that the allocation of seats for MBBS, BDS, B. Tech, Agri and Allied courses through the NEET and JEE mains examinations be awarded only to indigenous inhabitants against the seats that were allotted to the Nagaland.
In a press release, NSF secretary education, Muphatho Nyuthe, said the federation would closely monitor that the seats allotted to the State would not be given to any non-indigenous inhabitant applicants.
Meanwhile, NSF has stated that all the selected students after the acceptance of their course to undertake would have to compulsorily verify their documents in person at NSF office, Naga Club building, Kohima.
