DC Chümou informs public

The deputy commissioner (DC) Chümoukedima Abhinav Shivam has informed that payment of property compensation in respect of Kiyevi village from chainage km 152.225 to km 156.810 has been made.
In this regard, the DC has directed all property owners to vacate their properties to enable execution of 2-lane road with hard shoulder of Peren-Dimapur section of National Highway 129A. DC said the public notice has been issued to inform all concerned landowners, other governmental, non-governmental agencies whose lands and other properties/plantations have been acquired under Section 9(2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition and Acquisition Act to vacate /remove any standing structures on the compensated area from the date of issue of this notice, so that execution of work could commence smoothly.
Therefore, DC has asked all to strictly comply and extend full cooperation to the executing team for the smooth implementation of the 2-lane road.
