A three-day training on “service and accounts matter” organised by department of water resources for officers and ministerial staff of Mokokchung, Tuensang, Mon, Kiphire, Zunheboto, Phek, Jalukie, Wokha and Longleng commenced Tuesday at chief engineer office, DoWR. According to a DIPR report, superintending engineer K. Hutoi Sema exhorted the participants. Resource persons were Under secretary Andreas Ezung and retired senior accounts officer, Khinyi Woch. Executive engineer Wapangnaro Imchen chaired the programme.
