AR organize welfare activities

Assam Rifles battalions under its civic action programme carried out various activities for the welfare of the general public across the state.
On November 25, Shamator battalion conducted an ex- servicemen meet at Noklak village.
According to Assam Rifles source, the meet was conducted by Zila Sainik Welfare Offices, in which a total of 20 ex – servicemen, Veer Naris and their families attended.
In another act of social service, Mokokchung battalion provided 6000 liter water to Care and Support Children Home (Orphanage), Chungtia on November 22.
