RD department bids farewell

Department of Rural Development (RD) bade farewell to its outgoing director, Liboni Humtsoe, at a grand programme on Friday at RD Conference Hall. Speaking on the occasion, commissioner & secretary, RD, Neposo Theluo, on behalf of the department, congratulated the outgoing officer for shouldering her roles and responsibilities efficiently and successfully throughout her career.
