Office of the Sr. Accounts Officer Accountant General has informed retired state government officers/officials that pension and GPF final payment cases settled upto the month of May 2017 have been uploaded on the AG Nagaland website.
Pensioners have been asked to log on to office web-site at www.agnagaland.gov.in to view list of settled pension/GPF final payment cases.
The release has informed that the list has also been put up for display at the public relation cell and can be viewed on any working days during office hours. Aggrieved pensioners or government officials with genuine problems has been asked to directly to the Deputy AG (A&E) Kahoto J Yepthomi via e-mail at kahoto_j@yahoo.co.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov. in or through a handwritten letter to Kahoto J Yepthomi, IAAS, deputy AG (A&E) Office of the Accountant General (A&E) Kohima, Pin No.797001, Nagaland.
Meanwhile, the office has informed state government officials whose provident fund accounts are maintained by AG office that online GPF information system would be hoisted shortly on office website where all information on GPF would be made available through SMSs.
Henceforth no paper GPF statement will be issued. AG also informed that so far, subscriber registration forms distributed to directorate as well as district offices are yet to submit the consolidated forms. All the directorates which are yet to submit the consolidated forms are requested to submit latest by July 7.
