Gauhati High Court (GHC) Kohima Bench has suspended the eviction order, dated 16/12/2022 and issued by Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) Lumding Division estate officer, against an individual pertaining to a land located at Block-3, Dimapur.
Hearing a petitioned filed by one Kevihulie Zakiesato, a single-bench judge of Justice Songkhupchung Serto also ordered listing the matter after five weeks.
