A coordination meeting to discuss the work distribution and other logistic arrangements with regard to the celebration of Republic Day at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza, Kohima on January 26 was held on January 23 at DC’s Conference Hall, Kohima.
At the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C took the status and updates of the departments assigned with various works for the celebration of Republic Day. He also asked the district Heads of Offices to attend the program with their respective employees. The meeting further entrusted various organizations for visitation of Institutions on the occasion.
Meanwhile, DC has informed all the HODs and special invitees to collect the invitation cards/ car passes for the upcoming Republic Day celebration from the establishment branch, office of the DC, Kohima from January 24, during office hours. DC has also informed all the head of offices posted at Kohima headquarters and Gaon Buras under Kohima Sadar (Urban & Rural) to compulsorily attend the Republic Day Celebration on January 26, Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza.
