Nagaland governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi has extended Bishu greetings to the Kachari community and the people of Nagaland. Mukhi said that the post-harvest festival foster love, reconciliation and courtesy and was also a time when the rich cultural and spiritual practices are in full display and they rejoice and seek blessings.
