Frolic Club celebrated silver jubilee January 28 at Local ground, Medziphema with Chakhroma Public Organization (CPO) president, Zhato Kimho as the special guest.
A press release by the club’s media cell informed that the club strives for unity and equal opportunity under the theme, “achieve greater heights”.
Speaking on the occasion, the special guest challenged the people of Medziphema to do away with tribalism and work towards the social and economic upliftment of the area.
Lamenting the slow development of Medziphema, he challenged the people to be open minded and encourage infrastructural investment while urging the landowners to be more hospitable.
The jubilee souvenir was dedicated by Rev. Megovoto Kuotsu; Rev. H Minlen blessed the programme; Acü Seyie from Medziphema Village Council and Akhoto Miasalhou, president, Medziphema Town Mechu Krotho exhorted the gathering, and special numbers were presented by Vimeno Dolie, Neilhoukholie Kuotsu and Neitsolewe Koza.
