NSCN/GPRN- YA has informed that in the recent portfolio reshuffle, Imti Imchen, kilonser has been allocated the portfolio of public relation and NGOs with immediate effect. Therefore, all Naga tribal councils, civil societies, apex organizations and student bodies have been informed to deal with the concerned kilonser.
