BJP Wokha unit held its 5th executive meeting on May 29, wherein all the four assembly constituencies of 37, 38, 39, and 40 had attended.
During the brief programme, a four-point resolution was passed wherein BJP Wokha district would work unitedly in order to ensure BJP victory in all four A/C in the forth coming general election. Its second resolution was its reaffirmation to support the leadership of the president BJP Wokha district, L. Meribemo Kinghen. It also resolved that BJP Wokha unit would support the clarion call given by NBCC for clean election and continue to work in order to provide corruption free government in the state.
Its final resolution was for the district office bearers to tour all the A/Cs in order to strengthen the party.
Speaking at the executive meeting, Chubathung Odyuo the intending candidate from 37 A/C stated that BJP the most dominant political party had nothing to do with religion as it was a political movement.
Wokha Dist. BJP i/c Yanghose Sangtam acknowledged the works of BJP Wokha where he witness that the party was going stronger. He advised the gathering that party ideology and the Indian constitution was set up on a democratic base.

M Lotha reminded the party executive and leaders as BJP the Largest Political party and its still growing where assure that prosperous days are coming soon by witnessing the growing potentials in the state and in the district. He reminded that NBCC and BJP were closely working together to have free and fair election camping for the coming state election.
Earlier, Amos Humtsoe president, BJYM Wokha chaired the event with welcome note addressed from L. Meribemo Kinghen president BJP Wokha, Thungchano Tsanglao invoked God’s blessing and Nzano Kikon president, BJMM gave the vote of thanks.
