Organisations condemn May 29 bomb blast incident

Various organisations have condemned the bomb blast incident at M/S Ideal Pharmacy Dimapur on May 29, wherein several were injured and one had succumbed to injury.
NB: The Nzaunalui Baudi (NB) out rightly condemned the “senseless and coward act of those anti-social elements by hurling an explosive”. A condemnation note by NB president, D. Kupua and secretary, Amos Pame stated that one of its member, Iheilungbe Newme, son of late Haina Zeliang,  of Nzauna village, Dist. Peren, presently residing in Dimapur, was also injured in his head and been referred to  Guwahati for further treatment.
Nzaunalui Baudi questioned those responsible as to what they had gained for creating such unwanted situation when the general public as well as various organizations were shouting for need of peace within the people and region. It stated that “we find no words for condemning of such barbarous/savaged act”.
NB further appealed the law enforcement agencies to investigate this case seriously and bring to book the culprits at the earliest and wished speedy recovery to those injured, a heartfelt condolence to the deceased and sympathy to the shop owner.
NH: The Naga Hoho (NH) in a condemnation through its communication cell has strongly condemned the incident, terming it as “a heinous act is unacceptable in any society especially one like ours where we are striving to achieve a lasting peace” and therefore should be condemned by one and all. Naga Hoho offered its deepest condolences to the bereaved family of late Adbul Basid and wishes speedy recovery to those injured. Naga Hoho also appealed to the state government and its machineries to nab those involved at the earliest and to grant ex-gratia to all the affected persons. 
CNTC: The Central Nagaland Tribes Council (CNTC) through its media cell has condemned in the strongest terms on the “dastardly attack on a pharmacy by some miscreants”.  CNTC stated that state security agencies should not spare any effort and leave no stone unturned to arrest those perpetrators responsible for the abominable act where one person had died besides injuring others and damaging properties. It stated that “we cannot remain mere mute spectators when such things are happening right before our eyes in our own homes” and people had enough of these violent despicable acts from some unwanted elements trying to keep the whole society at ransom. If such acts goes on unheeded against the voice of the people, the people themselves will teach them a lesson very soon, stated CNTC. It also urged the state security agencies to apprehend those culprits responsible for the monstrous act and award a befitting punishment to them. CNTC conveyed its deepest condolences to the bereaved family of the person who lost his live and wished speedy recovery to the injured victims.
State BJP: The State BJP in a condemnation note by BJP Nagaland general secretary (Media) Jaangsillung Gonmei has vehemently condemned the barbaric and evil act of hurling bombs in the environ of peaceful existence. It expressed shock that such heinous crimes should happen in a civilian area shaking the confidence of the citizens. It stated that state president Visasolie Lhoungu and party members have expressed grave concern about the law and order situation and have demanded that the perpetrators of such evil acts should not be spared and should be booked at the earliest and let justice prevail. State BJP also condole the loss of a precious life and injuries caused to other innocent citizens.
NPF Dimapur: The NPF Dimapur division in a condemnation note by vice president, H. Thong and general secretary, Itokhu Chophi stated that “Such heinous crimes against the peace loving people will not be tolerated”. It also appealed law enforcement agencies to seriously investigate and book the culprits at the earliest and conveyed speedy recovery to the injured victims.
NCD: Naga Council Dimapur in a condemnation note by its general secretary, Thsapongkyu Sangtam described the act “as dastardly and devious act with the intention to deliberately disturb an environment of peace and harmony longing in the state.” It stated that such act of intimiating with bombs and guns was unacceptable in Naga society. While conveying heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family and speedy recovery to the injured, NCD has also urged the law enforcing agencies to probe deeply and book the culprits at the earliest.  
DDCF: The Dimapur District Citizens Forum (DDCF) through its media cell stated that of late there has been concern about the lawlessness in and around Dimapur and appealed to the law enforcing agencies and the administration to ensure the safety and security of the law abiding citizens of Dimapur. DDCF also appealed to all citizens to maintain peace and harmony and not to panic and also requested the police to be more vigilant.DDCF extended condolences to the bereaved family members of Abdul Basit and also pray to Almighty that the injured may recover soon.
WSSU: The Western Sumi Students Union (WSSU) in a condemnation note by president Nito Achumi and general secretary, Angukato Yeptho  has urged the law enforcing agencies to book the culprit at the earliest. The union also expressed sympathy to bereaved family and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured.
BAD: The Business Association of Darogapathar Village (BAD) Dimapur has condemned in the strongest terms the bomb attack of Ideal Chemist at Nyamo Lotha Road by unknown miscreants on the night of May 29, 2017. A condemnation note by BAD president Imenuklo Longchar and general secretary, Limala Walling has stated that such kinds of crimes were most cowardly and unreasonable. It stated that every individual should stand up and condemn such violent crimes which were being committed in society and that such perpetrators should be rooted out from the society. Association further urged the concerned authorities for quick delivery of justice, while expressing its prayers and sympathy to the victims and their families. 
PCCI: Phek Chamber of Commerce and Industries (PCCI) in a condemnation note by its president, Mulepra Tsutso and general secretary, Chetezo Akami has requested government of Nagaland to pay more attention and provide experts on these cases. It stated that such incidents were surfacing every year, creating insecurity on the business community and public at risk. PCCI also conveyed condolence and sympathy to the families of the deceased and injured and stated that its prayers were with the victims. 
TSU: Tenyimi Students’ Union Dimapur in a condemnation note by president, Azo Wetsah and general secretary, A. Shyerhunlo Lorin termed the attack as “inhumanly barbarous act” and urged the district administration to investigate the case in a serious manner. TSUD further wished the speedy recovery of the injured and solidarity with the shop owner.
DPON: Dimasa Public Organization, Nagaland (DPON) in a condemnation note by publicity secretary, Amon Difoesa has strongly condemned the bomb “as a heinous crime against public disrupting the peace in the land”. DPON also appealed the law  implementing agency to ensure safety and security of the denizens.
DBS: Dimapur Bengali Samaj (DBS) through its president, K. K. Paul has expressed deep distress at the loss of innocent life and injury to many other, while people were craving for peace. It stated that the incident has created fear psychosis. DBS has also condoled the deceased and speedy recovery to the injured.
