Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC) as per its resolution during the joint council meeting held on May 20 would be observing chain of prayer programme for Naga nation. A press note by CNC general secretary, Rev. Seksim Kasar informed all the national workers to perform their spiritual duty of prayer for the nation. It has informed about the roster for the prayer chain: CNC staff, and collective leadership, June 1, midnight to midnight; Central Secretariats (all Departments) June 2-3, midnight to midnight; Council of Kilonsers, GPRN June 4-5, midnight to midnight; Steering Committees NSCN June 6-7 midnight to midnight; NSWON and Widows Federation June 8-9, midnight to midnight; Naga Army (All Units) June 10-19, midnight to midnight; Regions June 20-27, midnight to midnight; Union Territory 1, June 28-29, midnight to midnight; Tatars June 30, midnight to midnight; Operation Salvage July 1, midnight to midnight.
CNC also that all are expected to have a combined national fasting and prayer on July 2 in their respective headquarters and all authorities are to attend at Chq Church Hebron on July 2.
Secretaries and heads of the ministries have been requested to arrange the sequence of prayer order and assigned to their respective members.
