Mao market fire: T Khel lauds humanitarian service

T Khel council has lauded various groups and organisations such as fire and emergency services, district administration, 1st Assam Rifles, NSDMA, power department, AYO, KVYO with QRT, PYO, TYO, TSU, churches, public and individual for rendering humanitarian services to stop the devastating fire in the Mao market which broke out on February 27 and razed down a number of properties, while partially damaging Bethel hospital.
In a press statement, T Khel chairman K. Neibou Sekhose and genral secretary, Thepfuzakie Suohu have also thanked the prayer groups, both individual and churches for their unwavering support through prayers at the time of the havoc.
T Khel council has expressed their appreciation towards chief minister, Neiphuo Rio for personally vesting the incident areas to take stock of the loss and immediate remedial measures and also for the financial support with commitment to supports all possible help.
