The monthly meetings of District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) Tuensang and Tseminyu was held on March 17.
In Tuensang, the meeting was held under the under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Vice chairman DPDB, Tuensang, Nokchasashi.
In his opening remarks, the DC appreciated the heads of offices under Tuensang district for their cooperation during the conduct of the 14th NLA election. He also sought for the same cooperation in the coming future.
Reviewing the previous minutes, the DC enquired on the completion of CHMIS registration and asked the remaining to do so at the earliest. He also advised all the heads of offices to attend the DPDB meeting without fail and added that failure to attend the meetings will result in reporting to the respective Directorates of the erring officers.
On the announcement of the ULB election in the State, Nokchasashi asked the departments to be informed and to be ready for conducting the same in a successful manner.
Departmental activities were presented by Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services and Agriculture Department.
Tseminyu DPDB: The monthly was held in the official chamber of DC Tseminyu. Deputy commissioner and vice chairman, DPDB Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi welcomed the members and congratulated the MLA of 12 A/C Tseminyu, Jwenga Seb, who also attended the meeting.
ADC Tseminyu, Longasen Lotha appraised the house on the ensuing related preparation for the ULB election under Tseminyu district. He urged the heads of offices to keep in touch with their staff and convey all necessary information as and when required.
DC also called upon the members to be actively involved and mentally prepared for any assignment whenever entrusted and carry it out diligently. Departmental activities was presented by SBI Tseminyu. The newly elected MLA of Tseminyu A/C, Jwenga Seb, proposed the vote of thanks.
