Eastern Bible College (EBC), conducted its 49th graduation ceremony at Buntain Chapel, EBC on Saturday.
Addressing the ceremony, keynote speaker National President, National Christian Council, Manager Joyce Meyer Ministries, India Rev. Dr. Stephen Chittibabu encouraged the graduates to grow in wisdom and knowledge of God, while maintaining quality relationship with God, and to remain more humble and grateful as they pursue a new chapter in life.
Valedictory speech on behalf of graduating students was delivered by Liyingbeni Kikon, while special numbers were presented by RBC choir.
Earlier the programme was presided by Lecturer Peter Kemp, special guest President Northeast India National Christian Council Rev. N.K. Gurung released the magazine, Academic Dean and Principal EBC led the presentation of awards and the certificates. Principal, Academic Dean presented the special EBC award, scripture reading by OT lecturer Thujolu Demo and NT lecturer Ch Kaisibou, Lecturer Shinglong CS Konyak greeted the graduates. Pastor Man Bahadur offered prayer. Principal Rev. Dr. T. N. Lotha Jr. delivered welcome address, invocation by Dimapur Lotha Prayer Warrior Secretary, Khonsao Ovung and benediction by Youth director, Lotha Baptist Church Dimapur, Pastor Longshithung Patton.
25 students graduated in Master of Divinity, 13 students in Ma Missions, two in Bachelor in Christian Ministry, one in BA Wholistic studies and one in Master of Christian Ministry.
