As a part of “Jai Bharat Satyagraha”, Dimapur District Congress Committee (DDCC) along with the party workers staged a “peaceful protest”, Tuesday.
A press release by Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) stated that the rally started from the District Commissioner (DC) Court junction till the DC office.
NPCC said the rally was organised in solidarity with Rahul Gandhi in support of his “fearless and uncompromising fight against the loot of public and national wealth by Modi-Adani nexus.” It said the rally would be held throughout the state by the District Congress Committees (DCCs) and culminate on April 28 at Kohima.
