Dimapur HWs trained on HMIS & RCH-ANMOL

A two-day batch-wise reorientation training on Health Management Information System (HMIS) reporting format and Reproductive and Child Health- Auxiliary Nurse Midwife OnLine (RCH-ANMOL) App for Health Workers (HWs) in all the blocks under Dimapur district was held on April 17-18 at the Conference Hall of Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dimapur.
A press release by district programme management unit informed that during the training, the health workers were reoriented on the app and sample data entry was conducted to sensitise them on the various interfaces of the app for accurate and timely entry of beneficiaries.
The trainees were also re-oriented on the HMIS reporting format and were sensitised on the various health indicators in the format to ensure quality and accurate data was reported so as to provide the same on the HMIS portal, which is the gateway of information regarding health indicators of the country.
The resource persons for the training were District Project Manager (DPM) National Health Mission (NHM) Dimapur, Esther Thirah and Vinitoli Kezo, Melengunuo, Nungsangjungla Aier, Nungsangmanen Ao and Senti Jamir, Block Project Managers (BPMs) of Niuland, Sadar, Medziphema, Dhansiripar and Chumukedima respectively.
Meanwhile, the department has informed that RCH-ANMOL is the app version of RCH portal which tracks eligible couple, pregnant women and children. RCH-ANMOL facilitates to ensure timely quality service delivery, universal immunization and helps in positive impact on important health indicators like Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR).
