H&FW department bids farewell to outgoing officers

Directorate of Health & Family Welfare bid farewell to the outgoing principal director and three other officers on April 29.
Commr & secy (H&FW), Abhijit Sinha in his speech congratulated the outgoing officers for their 35 active years of service to the department and wished them good health and prosperous life ahead. Officers and staffs of the department in their voluntary speeches applauded the outgoing principal director and director (H) as very dynamic and energetic active leaders who had worked effortlessly with immense devotion for the well being of the department. 
Outgoing principal director, Dr. L. Watikala Ao in her speech thanked all the officers and staff for all the strong support rendered to her in her 35 years of service to the department, and requested the staff to keep up the good work and continue to give the same support and encouragement to the upcoming officers and work as a team. 
Director (H), Dr. John Sweyievisa in his farewell speech also thanked God for his 35 years of continuous service and also thanked the department for giving the privilege to work in the department.
The programme was chaired by additional director, DH&FW, Dr. P. Tia Jamir with scripture reading & invocation pronounced by dy. director, DH&FW Dr. Puse Liegise and a citation presented by Dr. Bendangyanger mission director (NHM). Special numbers were presented by officers and staff of NSACS and Dr. C.Y Kithan.
