Moya Village Students Union (MVSU) has condemned April 17 accident wherein a passenger vehicle which was heading towards Pungro from Dimapur fell into a drainage due to “reckless driving” of the driver, who was in an inebriated state.
In a condemnation note, MVSU executive chairman Kihoto Yimchunger, said that 12 passengers including its president sustained minor injuries.
Moya Village Students Union has demanded action against the driver and has asked drivers not to drink while on duty. The union has also wished speedy recovery to the injured passengers.
