Kohima Liangmai Baptist Church (KLBC) D. Block celebrated “Youth Foundation Day-cum-Liangmai Pastor Day of Prayer” Sunday at the Church premises. A press release by KLBC stated that resource person of the “youth foundation day”, Sunday School superintendent, Phungben Kaurinta stated that the “incarnation of Jesus Christ is the foundation of youth ministry”. As Christian youth, she encouraged the young people to make Christ their foundation, follow His teachings, and set on example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. Phungben further stated that youth ministry must be rooted in Biblical foundation and effectively communicate with one another. Youth Foundation Day programme was presided by Youth Pastor, Kungkam. The successful students of HSLC and HSSLC were also felicitated.
