Dimapur police has informed that an unidentified “highly decomposed” dead body of a female, suspected to be a non-local, was recovered hanging with nylon rope in a jungle at Lotovi Village, Niuland, on June 10.
In a press release, Dimapur police PRO informed that the deceased was wearing blue blouse, pink sari with white print.
On completion of all legal formalities, PRO said the dead body was shifted to Dimapur District Hospital Morgue for post-mortem examination/identification.
