Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission Rural Development Ralan launches Ronren Cluster Level Federation

Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM) Rural Development (RD) Block Ralan launched Ronren Cluster Level Federation (CLF) under block mission management on July 14.
A press release by the block stated that special guest, Sub Divisional Officer (SDO-Civil) Ralan, Rorheu Peseyie said NSRLM was the mission across all rural villages in Nagaland focusing on upliftment of rural Poorest of the Poor (PoP)households.
He congratulated the CLF members and block team for working together and achieving the milestone. He also encouraged the Self-Help Group (SHG) members to have vision for 5 to 10 years to promote the federation.


In a presentation on mission progress under the block, Block Project Manager (BPM) Ralan, Chibeni Ngullie mentioned that since inception of NSRLM under Ralan, talent of 80 SHGs, eight Village Level Organisation (VLO) and one CLF has been promoted covering 564 households.
She said the community institution has also received an amount of Rs. 51, 71,000, in terms of startup fund, revolving fund, community investment fund and vulnerability reduction fund by various levels of community institution.


The programme was chaired by CLF member, Chanbeni Humtsoe, dedicatory prayer was proposed by Ralan Old Pastor, Renbomo Ovung and short speech was delivered by Ralan Area Lotha Hoho, Samuel Ovung while success story was shared by Lirola Kikon.
The programme was attended by CLF representatives, IDBI bank officials, SDHO official and NSRLM BMMU team.
