Kiphire bids farewell to SP

A farewell programme in honour of outgoing SP Kiphire, K Swarnambika was held at Kiphire on August 1.
Additional SP Lanu Aier described the outgoing officer as sincere, dedicated, approachable and understanding.


In her farewell speech, Swarnambika lauded the cooperation of people, civil organizations and the department.
Swarnambika is also credited for initiating a community team to fight against drugs abuse, where the department recently initiated project “Good Samaritan” to combat drugs abuse in the district which received positive response from the community.


The officer said that she will always carry the good message of the people of the district wherever she go and believed that the Good Samaritan project will find its meaning and success.
