The first “Tsüngremmong Saalak”, an entertainment night organized by Dimapur based NGO, Longjem Society was held at Urban Haat, Dimapur on Tuesday night with a host of local musicians and artistes.
The event aims to provide opportunity and platform for young and talented upcoming artistes from different entertainment industries, to preserve and showcase the unique traditional identity to younger generation and celebrate friendship, togetherness and unity in diversity.
The artistes at the event included Chubatsur Jamir, MJ Jamir, Lenen Jamir, Tiameren Aier, Sunep Lemtur and Dreamz Unlimited, who enthralled the audiences with their mesmerizing performances The event was hosted by Imnasenla Rachel.
The event witnessed over thousand people and as part of the lucky draw, one lucky winner walked away with Ukulele guitar.
