Organisation charter was presented to Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), Dimapur Branch on July 30 at Sewa Bharti, Signal Basti Dimapur.
The charter was handed over to BVP, Dimapur, president Rabinderjeet Singh Panesar by northeast general secretary, Jagadindu Deb. BVP is an all-India service-cum-sanskar oriented, non-political, socio-cultural voluntary organization established in 1963.
