Commemorating the 77th Independence Day, Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR(N) along with the Brilliante Management organised “Kohima’s got Talent: 2023” was held at State Academy Hall, Kohima on August 12.
Dancing and singing competitions for the contestants were conducted in three categories: Singing, Solo Dance and Group Dance, where a total of 130 contestants participated in these categories. These contestants received an overwhelming response from the spectators, who had gathered in large numbers. Putimen Longkumer won in the Solo Singing category, Dipendra won in the Solo Dance category, while The Drags group won the Group dancing category award.
This endeavor of Assam Rifles was to nurture and promote the vast pool of talent available in Nagaland. The enthusiasm and the standards of the performance by the contestants is a testament to the immense potential of the State.
