Sumi Hoho reaffirms

The Sumi Hoho in a joint consultative meeting with its frontal organisations held June 30 has reaffirmed its stand on broad based unification process.
While condemning the “unabated killings, provoking and attacking one another among warring factions inspite of repeated appeal made by various mass based organisations”, the Hoho reminded the factional leaders to honour and respect the joint statement issued by emissary to collective ledership NSCN (IM), VS Atem and deputy kilo kilonser “GPRN/NSCN”, Wangtin Naga at Chiang Mai and urged upon to “implement the same in both latter and in spirit”.
A press note issued jointly by Hoho president, Hokishe Yepthomi and general secretary, Kitoho S Rotokha also reminded all responsible that the stand taken by Sumi does not in any way discriminate or eliminate any Naga tribe on unification, which invariably meant for all Naga tribes irrespective of territorial demarcation, the note added.
