NSF suspends agitation

Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) on Monday announced temporary suspension of its agitation against Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC). The NSF picketed the NPSC office today for the ninth day. “We have decided to indefinitely suspense our agitation”, informed public grievance cell chairman and vice president, NSF, Charles Lotha. However, Charles said “we (NSF) are not calling off our agitation” and warned “any time we may start our agitation.” He disclosed that the NSF presidential consultative meeting will be held on Friday at NSF conference hall, Naga club building, Kohima to decide the future course of action and agitation. It may be mentioned the NSF had locked up the office of NPSC since June 20.
