Nagaland State Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) theme song for 2023-24 was officially launched by Chief Electoral Officer (officiating), Ruokuovituo Khezhie on September 16, at AWO Ki, Kohima.
The SVEEP theme song is one of the initiatives taken by the office of the CEO Nagaland as part of their SVEEP programme for 2023-24.
The Nagaland State SVEEP theme song which is in Nagamese dialect is a strategic and intentional effort to leverage the popular appeal and reach of music to engage and educate the electorate of Nagaland.
The official launch programme was organized by Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland, Kohima and was chaired by jt. CEO and State Nodal officer for SVEEP, Sharon Longchari.
The song was written and composed by Bangshing S. Konyak of Eastory Project and was sung by State Icons for SVEEP, Vinika Yeptho and Aseto Zao. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Asst.CEO Roland Merry.
