SJU students visits children home

Bachelor of Social Work, 3rd Semester from St. Joseph University as part of its extension activity visited Rintaniemi Neighbourhood Children Home, Midland, Dimapur on September 22.


During the visit, several activities were carried out for the children including treasure hunt, story narrating, talent show like singing, drawing competition, acrobatics, and dancing skills. There prizes were distributed to the winners.


The programme was followed by an ice-breaking session led by Zuvelu Lupu and Medemwati Longkumer where children actively participated.


The programme was hosted by Renpenthung Ngullie, invocation by Aboli K Aye, Rokovizo Hibo
Welcomed the gatherings, vote of thanks by Lemthrili Sangtam and benediction by M Tumbeni Ngullie.
Earlier, Esther gave a brief introduction of the Children Home and welcomed the students, while the children of the Home welcomed the students with a song and a mass prayer.
