Power department, Wokha electrical division has informed that there would be power outage as part of jungle cutting exercise. In a press note, executive engineer Er Chenosing Kemp said that power shutdown would be done from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the following areas– Longsa to Tseminyu 33KV on October 21; Sanis to Bhandari 33KV on October 24 and 25; Wokha to Yikhum 33KV on November 2 and Wokha to Chukitongon November 3.
In this regard, the department has requested the public and village councils of the areas extend co- for smooth power supply.
