The first inter school “Cultural Day” was celebrated on November 15 at local ground, Medziphema, organized by Medziphema Town Students’ Union. The event was graced by Principal Govt. Hr. Sec. School Medziphema, Shrimati Merenchila Phom as the special guest.
A total of 11 school participated showcasing the cultural vibrance of the tribes of Nagaland through attire show, folk song, dance and choir competition.
Earlier, in the choir competition, St. Francis Hr. Sec. School was adjudged as the champion, while Govt. He. Sec. School and Kind David Hr. Sec. School took the 2nd the 3rd place respectively.
