Coordination meeting in regard to Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra was held at Wokha on November 21, at Deputy Commissioner Conference Hall, Wokha.
According to a DPRO & IA Wokha press statement, Central Observer for Wokha District, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Defence, GOI, Subhash Kumar accompanied by District Prabhari Officer for Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, Wokha conveyed a consultative and coordination meeting with all the Head of offices under Wokha district.
Subhash Kumar, while interacting with the officers of the district said that, the purpose of conducting the meeting was to raise awareness through outreach activities to achieve saturation of schemes, where the main objective was to reach the unreached and reach out to the vulnerable who were eligible under various central sponsored schemes but have not benefited, and dissemination of information and generate awareness about the schemes, enrolment of potential beneficiaries through details ascertained during the yatra.
He further urged all the departments to be involved during the campaign to give their best efforts for the successful implementation of the campaign.
Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Ajit Kumar Ranjan (IAS) during the meeting also apprised and highlighted the various activities to be undertaken by the departments and suggested activities on arrival of Van at Gram Panchayat.
