A&C deptt all set for Hornbill Festival 2023

Art & Culture (A&C) department, is all set for the Hornbill Festival 2023, and has invited all to come and experience the colourful Naga cultural heritage.


In a press note, director Art & Culture Adela Moa informed that daily cultural performances would be held at the main arena, where 18 cultural troupes from within State would be arriving soon to showcase their lively songs and dances in their colourful traditional attires.


The department informed that the Artists’ Corner at the World War-II Museum Premises, Kisama would have display and sale of art works, demonstrative arts etc. It also stated that the Archives Week would showcase collection of selected historical documents
from public and private collections with reading facilities for interested students, scholars and researchers and sales of departmental publications at World War-II Complex.


A&C department stated that “a must visit place” to see, understand and experience the historic event was the World War – II Museum, Kisama, where outstanding relics and artifacts are on display. The museum would be opened to the public from 10am to 4pm.
