A meeting of the Bhandari Town Lotha Hoho (BTLH) was convened on January 2, in regard to the incident that took place on December 23, 2016 night at the residence of branch manager SBI, Bhandari.
A press note by BTLH chairman, Lisumo Jami and secretary, David K. Lotha stated that it condemned the December 23 incident, wherein the branch manager of SBI Bhandari was assaulted.
However, BTLH appealed to both parties for amicable settlement of the issue, since the miscreants were invited by the branch manager to his residence for reason best known to both the parties, so that the public/customers of SBI, Bhandari would not suffer.
