Molungtok Group, comprised of senior members of Ao Students’ Union Dimapur and mostly Alumni of Dimapur College carried out social work at Yimkong Sidewalk at PWD -Forest junction Dimapur on December 9.
The social work witnessed removing all the weeds and plastics wastes along the sidewalk where the group would be putting up Christmas decoration. It may be noted that Yimkong Sidewalk was adopted and continuously maintained by Ao Students’ Union Dimapur in commemoration of its Golden Jubilee in 2018 in association with the Dimapur Municipal Council.
Meanwhile, the members of Molungtok Group expressed satisfaction for being able to extend a small but thoughtful effort to beautify Dimapur City, which was also one way of owning responsibility for better Dimapur City.
