The new church building of Losami Baptist Church (LBC) was dedicated by Rev. Dr. Chekrovei Cho-o, Executive Secretary, Chakhesang Baptist Church Council on Sunday. The dedication service was led by Neikhwewe Mekrisuh, associate pastor LBC while worship service was led by LBC pastor Kesowe Mekrisuh. Pholami Baptist Church pastor Vezokho Vezhu shared greetings.
Brief building report was given by planning committee chairman Neichete K. Tara and finance report by finance committee convenor Kedukhahi Akami. Earlier, Rev. Thepupa Swiiro, pastor Chozuba Village Baptist Church pronounced thanksgiving prayer and offertory prayer by Rev. Vevotso Thuluo, pastor Phusachodu Baptist Church. The dedication service witnessed special numbers from CYE Losami, Losami Kohima Unit and Losami Dimapur Unit. Acknowledgement was led by Wewupeu Kepfoh, Associate Pastor (Women) LBC.
The programme also witnessed Bible Reading by Rev. Dr. Thupucuyi Khesoh, pastor Phek Town Baptist Church and closing prayer by Rev. Dr. Dingu Kenye, pastor Lasumi Baptist Church. Later, Rev. Dr. Kowepe Kanuo, Director, Chakhesang Mission Society delivered message at the evening service.
