NBSE notifies on awareness of CUET

In continuation of its earlier notification, the Nagaland Board of School Education has once again asked heads of Higher Secondary schools and Colleges registered under NBSE to create awareness about the importance of Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admissions to Undergraduate courses of Central Universities, a DIPR report stated.

As per the notification of National Testing Agency, the next CUET-UG has been planned to be conducted between May 15 to 31, 2024 for the academic session 2024-25. In this regard, all concerned heads have been requested to create awareness in the school by conducting mock test and hands-on training to help the students in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

CUET provides a single window opportunity to students seeking admission in any of the Central Universities (CUs) or other participating organizations (including State Universities, Deemed and Private Universities) across the Country especially those from rural and other remote areas and help establish better connections with the Universities. The examination enables the candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities and other participating Universities.
