78 Bn CRPF conducts CAP at Peducha Village

With an aim to bridge the gap between public and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), a combined Civic Action Program (CAP) was organised by the 78 Battalion CRPF for Peducha Village and Kiruphema Village on January 9 at Peducha Community Ground.


A press release by 78 Bn CRPF informed that the program was initiated after taking note of the requirements projected by the respective village councils. Under CAP, the battalion constructed community kitchen for Peducha Village and provided various kitchen essential to Kiruphema Village.

The community kitchen and kitchen items were handed over to the respective village councils by chief guest, DIP (Ops) CRPF Kohima, Manish Kumar Sachar in the presence of 78 Bn CRPF commandant, W.R. Josuah, officers and men of the battalion, village council members and villagers.
