Relief service in Churachandpur

A team of Christian leaders carried out two-day relief service in Churachandpur, Manipur on January 8 and 9. The team included chairman of Christian Forum Dimapur (CFD) and general superintendent AGEI, Rev. Moses Murry along with North India, AoG leaders Rev. Asher Wasker, Rev. Lalu Varghese and Rev. Shaiji Varghese.

They distributed gas cylinder, tin sheets, and food item to those who have lost their houses during the violence. During the visit, the team also encouraged the families, reminding them that even though their houses and church buildings have been burnt down, their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ couldn’t be burnt down. They were further encouraged to continue to trust in the Lord and remain strong. The team also assured the families to continue to support them in prayers and financially in every possible way.
