Dy. CM holds meeting with party workers on LS polls

Deputy chief minister and legislator incharge of Peren district, Y. Patton held a meeting with BJP officials and karyakartas of Peren district at Jalukie Town on January 26 and discussed on the ensuing Lok Sabha election and others issues.
In a press release, media cell of Dy. CMO informed that Patton exuded confidence that BJP will emerge victorious with thumping majority, and urged the party to work hard keeping in mind the spirit of PDA government.


He also lauded BJP Peren party workers and encouraged them to work steadfastly for strengthening party for future prospects and development, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Patton also informed the party workers that Prime Minister has utmost concern for the North Eastern states, by quoting Prime Minister’s statement, “Only when the North East region is developed, the whole nation is developed “.


Patton also assured to work together for Peren district in strengthening the party and appealed them to extend support and cooperation to the state BJP president for the growth of the party in the state.
The programme was chaired by Azhoy Rao Zeliang general secretary, Organization, while H. Thong, state chief spokesperson and co incharge Peren district delivered a short speech.
