SAMETI organises off-campus collaborative training on ‘soft skills’

A four-day Extension Education Institute (EEI) campus collaborative training program on “soft skills for interpersonal effectiveness of extension personnel” for Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) functionaries was organised by State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute (SAMETI) on January 22-25 at SAMETI, Medziphema.


A press release by SAMETI, Medziphema stated that the resource persons for the training were faculty, Dr. Chittaranjan Deka and Madhusmita Dutta, both from EEI (NE Region) Khanapara, Guwahati. The valedictory programme was chaired by deputy project director, SAMETI, H. Mhonthung Merry; feedback on the training was given by all the participants and certificates were also distributed to the trainees by director State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute and principal IETC Medziphema Nagaland, Dr.Watimongla Jamir.
