For medical evacuation or charter service: Dy. General Manager, Nagaland State Transport, Nungshilemba, at 9774329903; Nokngam Konyak, LDA, at 9862370221. For chartering, requisition must be submitted to General Manager Office, NST Dimapur at least 48 hours ahead of the intended schedule sortie. For medical evacuation, fit to fly certificate of the patient duly certified by a registered medical practitioner is mandatory.
